Ordering by mail: If you prefer, you may send a money order or a cashiers cheque to the address below (we do not accept personal cheques). Please address any mail or fax correspondence to the attention of “Orders”, so that we may process your request A.S.A.P. Orders accompanied by a money order are processed when received. To prevent delays, make sure that your order includes item description, item number and quantity, as well as correct postage. Also make sure you include your name, address and phone number.

Payment of your order: We accept paypal, money orders, and cashier's cheques. (make all cheques payable to Kermit’s Corner Book Store).

Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of the date shown on the sales receipt. Customers “will be” charged a 20% restocking fee unless the return is due to seller error. Items must be in unused and undamaged condition and must include your receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable except in the case of seller error. Items that are returned damaged such as having bent corners, smudges, scratches and tears may result in the item being pro-rated.
